The WRA girls varsity lacrosse team continued its strong play with a 14–6 victory over Hathaway Brown on April 2.
WRA built an early advantage, leading 4–2 after the first quarter and extending it to 7–3 by halftime. The Pioneers took control in the third quarter, holding Hathaway Brown scoreless while pushing the lead to 11–3, and closed out the game at 14–6.
Sass Huff '26 led the offense with five goals and one assist while also controlling eight draws. Ellie Flores '27 added three goals and one assist along with five draw controls, and Colleen McAlonie '27 contributed two goals, one assist, and three draw controls.
Shiloh Nelson '29 played a key role as a facilitator with two goals and four assists. Leah Petras '27 and Amaya Gomez '28 each added an assist to support the balanced offensive effort.
With the win, WRA looks to carry its momentum into its next game on April 4 at home against Thomas Worthington.
