The WRA Field Hockey team traveled to Hudson on Monday, September 15, for a challenging matchup against a talented opponent, ultimately falling 0–7.
Despite the scoreline, the Pioneers showed strong teamwork and effort throughout the contest. Amaya Gomez '28 anchored the defense with a composed and determined performance, breaking up several Hudson attacks. Offensively, Kenzie Kuhn '28 and Lydia Stropki '26 connected well, creating quality passing sequences and pushing the ball up the field.
The game provided valuable experience for the young squad as they continue to grow and develop together. The Pioneers will look to regroup and build momentum when they return home to face Hawken on Thursday, September 18.
