Western Reserve Academy's Field Hockey team brought home an exciting victory, handily defeating Orange High School on their own turf with a final score of 10-0. Game highlights included the following player shout-outs from new Head Coach Maria Russell:

• Emma van Ginkel '25 scored 2 goals,
• Caitlin Cronkey '28 scored 1 goal,
• Lydia Stropki '26 scored 4 goals,
• Megan Crider '25 scored 2 goals,
• Avery Harris '27 scored 1, and
• Abbi Bernhardt '25 had a shut out.

Coach Russell has shared that she likes to conclude each competition with post-game acknowledgments. With so many student-athletes playing a great game, we can imagine this was an easy exercise for the girls! Congratulations, Pioneers.
