The Western Reserve Academy boys varsity basketball team delivered a complete performance on Friday night, earning an 89–48 road win over Linsly School on January 23.
WRA set the tone early, pushing the pace on both ends of the floor and building a commanding 43–26 halftime advantage. The Pioneers shared the ball well offensively and applied consistent defensive pressure, limiting Linsly's scoring opportunities throughout the night.
Anthony Thompson '26 led the way with a dominant all-around performance, finishing with 21 points, 10 rebounds, and 5 assists. Luka Ioannisci '27 chipped in 11 points and 5 rebounds, while Henry Fox '27 added 10 points. CJ Reef '27 contributed 8 points, as the Pioneers showcased their depth with balanced scoring up and down the lineup.
WRA maintained its intensity in the second half, extending the lead and closing out the game with confidence to secure the convincing victory.
The Pioneers return to action on Friday, January 30, when they host Sunrise Christian at home.
