Western Reserve Academy earned a hard-fought 1–0 victory over Laurel on Tuesday, September 9, at home.

After a scoreless opening quarter, the Pioneers broke through in the second when Tory Hadrys '27 found the back of the cage for the game's lone goal. From there, the defense held strong, with Sarah Johnson '29 anchoring the back line and recording a shutout in goal to secure the win.

The Pioneers return to action at home on Thursday, September 11, at 5:30 p.m. against Walsh.
