The WRA Boys Varsity Basketball team continued its strong early-season form with a dominant 83–52 victory over Erie Prep at home. The Pioneers jumped out to an early lead and never looked back, taking a 43–24 advantage at halftime thanks to efficient offense and tough defensive play.
Anthony Thompson ('26) led the way once again, scoring 23 points and pulling down 7 rebounds to pace the attack. Dom Sprague ('26) provided a strong scoring spark with 16 points, while Cam Hailey ('26) contributed 12 points and 5 assists, helping to orchestrate the offense.
The Pioneers' balanced scoring and energy on both ends of the floor proved too much for Erie Prep to handle, as WRA extended its win streak and continued to build momentum.
Next up, the Pioneers travel to Connecticut to compete in the National Prep Showcase, where they will face St. Thomas More on Friday, November 21.
