Hudson, OH - Western Reserve Academy put on a dominant performance on January 23rd, defeating Grand River Academy 107-79. The Pioneers showcased their depth and teamwork, with six players scoring in double figures.
Anthony Thompson ('26) led the way with an impressive 29 points, while Kaya Saran ('27) posted a season-high 14 points. CJ Stinson ('25) and Donovan Carney ('26) added 12 points each, and Dom Sprague ('26) contributed 11 points along with 8 assists. Torr Sorensen ('25) delivered a stellar all-around performance with 10 points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists, and 0 turnovers.
The team was lights out from beyond the arc, hitting 17 three-pointers, and displayed excellent ball movement with 29 total assists.
Next up, the Pioneers travel to Indiana this weekend for a marquee matchup against top-ranked La Lumiere. Tip-off is scheduled for Saturday at 2 PM ET.
