The WRA boys varsity volleyball team earned a hard-fought 3–1 victory on the road against John Marshall on April 23.

After dropping a close first set 23–25, WRA responded with strong play and composure. The Pioneers took control in the second set with a dominant 25–12 win, then followed with a 25–21 victory in the third. The fourth set proved to be a battle, but WRA closed it out 26–24 to secure the match.

Luke Kolencik '28 led the offense with his consistent setting, finishing with a team-high in assists. Libero Evan Sun '26 anchored the back row, contributing significantly in serve receive and defense throughout the match.

With the win, WRA continues to build momentum and will look ahead to its next match on Wednesday, April 29, on the road against Kent Roosevelt.
