Prep Lacrosse Powers Past Loyola Blakefield

Western Reserve Academy Boys Prep Lacrosse earned an impressive 13–7 road win over Loyola Blakefield on March 19, delivering a strong, complete performance from start to finish.

WRA set the tone early, taking a 3–2 lead after the first quarter before expanding the margin to 8–4 by halftime. The Pioneers maintained control throughout the second half, continuing to execute on both ends of the field and keeping Loyola Blakefield at bay.

Darcy Muegge '27 led the way with a dominant offensive showing, tallying five goals and one assist while consistently creating problems for the defense. Kellen Bladon '27 added three goals and an assist, providing a steady scoring presence and helping fuel WRA's attack. The Pioneers benefited from a true team effort, with contributions across the lineup leading to a cohesive and effective performance.

WRA will look to carry this momentum into their next matchup on Wednesday, April 1, when they travel to face St. Edward's.
