Pioneers Top Andrews Osborne 4–1 at Home

The WRA Varsity Girls Soccer team earned a convincing 4–1 win over Andrews Osborne Academy on Saturday, September 13, at Kaczmarek Field. The Pioneers struck early and carried a 2–0 lead into halftime before closing the match with two more goals in the second half to secure the victory.

Gabby Palache '27 had a standout performance, recording two goals and an assist to pace the attack. She was joined on the scoresheet by Lydia Lockwood '26, who netted a goal of her own, and Maddie McNamara '27, who added another to round out the four-goal effort. On the defensive end, goalkeeper Sydney Swiderski '28 made one save as the backline held firm, conceding just a single goal on the day.

The result reflects both the team's attacking depth and their defensive organization as they continue to build momentum in the early stretch of the season.
