WRA Swim Team Earns First Victory of the Season Against Padua

In their second meet of the season, the WRA boys' and girls' swim teams rebounded with an impressive performance, securing a dominant victory over Padua. The Pioneers showcased their growth, resilience, and determination as they claimed numerous first-place finishes and improved times across the board.

Meet Highlights

Alex Li '26: Narrowly won the 500 freestyle with a time of 6:46.50, edging out his competitor by just 0.06 seconds.
Davis Levengood '25: A junior and new addition to the team, took 1st place in the 50 freestyle with a time of 25.85.
Girls' 200 Freestyle: Senior Captain Gina Rubiano, junior Lauren Smeltzer, and sophomore Nina Tse dominated the event, taking 1st, 2nd, and 4th places respectively.
100 Backstroke: Sophomores Cindy Huang and Elle Swoope, along with freshman Adeline Seike, swept the podium, finishing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.Final Scores
