Coach Caitlyn Schooner '16 is entering her third year as the head coach for WRA's softball team, having previously served as an assistant coach for one year. A lifelong softball player, Coach Schooner played the sport throughout childhood and was a dedicated 4-year varsity athlete in high school. Beyond coaching, Ms. Schooner serves as the Assistant Athletic Director, Director of Operations, and as a resident of Hobart House on campus.

Outside of work, you can often find Coach Schooner reading, hiking, spending time outdoors, or hanging out with her dog Harley.

In coaching, Schooner's philosophy is rooted in the belief that athletic development is about more than just physical skills. She is deeply committed to creating a positive, inclusive environment where student-athletes can grow both as players and individuals.
