Coach Andrew Bayura is excited to take on his role as Head Coach for the eSports team. A Brooklyn, Ohio native, Coach Bayura holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, which complements his role as Director of Systems & Data Management on campus.

This is Coach Bayura's first year as a Head Coach after serving for three years as the team’s assistant coach. His coaching philosophy is centered on three core principles: support, improvement and teamwork. He is dedicated to helping players build confidence and equip them with the tools they need to excel. Believing in the continuous improvement of both individuals and the team, Coach Bayura fosters a collaborative environment where mutual respect and shared goals drive success.

On campus, Coach Bayura works in the Technology Office as the Director of Systems & Data Management. Outside of coaching, Coach Bayura enjoys long-distance bike riding, exploring cars, indulging in video games, and savoring Texas Roadhouse rolls. He shares his home with his beloved cat, Storm.
