Coach Neal is entering his 2nd season with the WRA Boys Basketball Team. Prior to joining WRA, Coach Neal spent six seasons coaching in the Cleveland Cavaliers organization. Throughout his time in Cleveland, he wore many hats including interim Head G League Coach, Player Development Coach and G League Assistant Coach. In his time at the professional level, Coach Neal was part of several playoff berths and was instrumental in the development of dozens of NBA players. Also during his time with the Cavaliers organization, Coach Neal worked with USA Basketball’s National Team in 2018 and 2019 as a support staff member in video and development for qualifying windows, as well as part of the 2019 World Cup Staff. Prior to his time with the Cavaliers, he worked for three years on the coaching staff at The University of Akron, where he was part of the 2016 MAC Regular Season Champion team that broke the school record for wins.

Coach Neal played at the collegiate level at Bluffton University under his father, Coach Guy Neal, who spent 34 seasons at the helm coaching Bluffton. Coach Neal currently lives in Cleveland, Ohio, with his wife Megan. He is also a founder and operator of Run The Show Basketball – a player development company based in Western Pennsylvania and Northeast Ohio. Coach Neal also serves as a coach and consultant for The Nike Academy each year in Beaverton, Oregon.
