The WRA Girls Varsity Volleyball team put together a commanding performance on Tuesday night, sweeping Garfield Heights 3–0 at home. The Pioneers set the tone early with a decisive 25–7 win in the first set, followed by a strong 25–13 second set. Garfield Heights pushed back in the third, but WRA closed it out 25–22 to secure the straight-set victory.

Senior Nicole Neal '26 led the attack with 14 kills and added 3 aces from the service line. Sophomore Amelia Owens '28 contributed a balanced performance with 7 kills and 2 aces, providing consistent offensive firepower. The highlight of the night, however, came from senior Maria Moran '26, who stepped behind the line and delivered 21 serves—11 of them aces—an outstanding display that fueled WRA's dominance throughout the match.

With momentum building, the Pioneers look to carry their energy into Thursday's home match against Cornerstone Christian Academy.
