The WRA Girls Varsity Tennis team stayed unbeaten on Thursday with a commanding 5–0 win over the Wooster Generals at the WRA Tennis Center. With the victory, the Pioneers improved their season record to 12–0.

At the top of the lineup, Denisse Jimenez Robles '26 set the tone at #1 singles with a decisive 6–3, 6–0 win over Hailey Jung. The #1 doubles pairing of Sasha Hillard '29 and Riya Patel '26 quickly followed, posting a 6–1, 6–0 victory over Nadia Cascarelli and Chloe Liu. The clinching third point came at #2 doubles, where Nadia Kischke '26 and Lauren Keller '27 rolled to a 6–0, 6–1 win against Olivia Kelly and Amelia Harris.

Reserve's depth shone through as Lela Yajnik '27 secured a 6–1, 6–1 win at #3 singles over Elizabeth Frantz, and Sia Mahesh '27 closed out the sweep with a 6–0, 6–4 victory at #2 singles against Alyssa Rae McIntosh.

In exhibition doubles, Carina Tang '28 and Anna Barger '28 earned a strong 7–5, 6–2 win, while Annie Markarian '27 and Sophia Gruhl '27 battled hard in a narrow 6–4 setback. Markarian teamed with Emily Zhang '27 to finish the day with a 6–3 victory.

The Pioneers return to action on Wednesday, September 24, when they host CVCA at 4:30 p.m.
