The WRA Girls Varsity Tennis team traveled to Erie, PA to take on a good Cathedral Prep team at the Salata Tennis Center, and after nearly 2 hours, came away with a solid 4-1 win to finish their fall season at 15-2. This was only the third loss for Cathedral Prep, a 2023 Pennsylvania Top-4 team - with two of those losses coming at the hands of the Pioneers.

Denisse Jimenez-Robles '26 won the first point for WRA with a 6-0, 6-2 win over Prep's Lilli Beuchert at #3 Singles. The Pioneers #1 Doubles team of Lela Yajnik '27 and Sia Mahesh '27 scored the second team point at #1 Doubles, posting a 6-2, 6-0 win over the Ramblers Margaret Pritchard and Lydia Beuchert. WRA's Mikaela Chirita '26 clinched the team victory at #2 Singles, notching a 6-1, 6-4 win over Prep's Sophia Glance. The Ramblers got on the scoreboard at #1 Singles when Paige Patsy defeated WRA's Riya Hegde '25, 6-2, 6-3. The Pioneers final point came at #2 Doubles when Riya Patel '26 and Sehar Mahesh '25 completed a comeback 3-6, 6-2, 6-1 win over Prep's Katie Kuhar and Eliza Kallner.
